PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. Using the high-precision servo motor and reducer to drive the upper and lower folding knife, the opening Angle and lifting stroke of the folding knife can be adjusted according to the folding height, which reduces the mechanical loss and improves the working efficiency. And the end of the product is flat.

2. The filter material transported from the previous process passes through the front table board of the folding machine to the front table board. Turn the filter material into the machine under the exchange of the upper and lower two blades. The overlapping height of the two blades is equal to the folding height of the filter material.

3. After folding and molding, the filter material passes through the upper and lower heating plate mechanism of the folding machine. The filter material is finalized in the heating plate mechanism under the dual action of temperature and pressure.

4. The front platform of the folding machine is equipped with a folding dot counting device, and the dot marks the filter material in the folding process according to the set fold number.
